In 2009, AMEPRO was born from the dream and determination of Denis Castro and Alejandra López. Starting as a small sales and distribution agency for telecommunications products, our company offered its door-to-door services in various neighborhoods and neighborhoods. With only five salespeople, we began a path that, with effort and dedication, led us to expand our team until we reached a maximum of 80 salespeople.
The year 2016 was crucial for AMEPRO. We decided to reinvent ourselves and take a bold step into the future by becoming an advanced Contact Center platform. This transformation not only diversified our services, but also created more than 100 new employment opportunities, from agents to campaign managers.
